Taxman used to work in the tax field but now he is an accountant at the Village.

Another Hall of Fame runner (5 years on the list and top 5 by numbers), Tax has more partials than any runner although lately he has been moving fast up the list with complete runs. With so many partials he is one of the most commonly found runners in the run.

Tax is very good-natured and good-hearted.  He won the Humanitarian award for doing all the certificates and copies of the list for years (he makes them to perfection ) a true Libra.

Tax was an Army brat and, though he was born in New York, he has lived in many places including England. 

Tax gets updates on the Atlanta Braves from Raven so when he visits his Mom and Dad (especially his Mom) in Melbourne, Florida he can talk Braves baseball.

Tax got married 3 years ago at the age of 52 to Lasagna Lady who actually recruited him.  They had been dating for about 12 years before that and all along Tax has been a Grandfather to her grandkids.

Tax has two other loves besides Lasagna Lady.  Deserts, yes, all kinds of sweets (he is lucky that he runs) and traveling. 

He takes quite a few vacations a year and camps out in different places.  He also loves to watch movies and is usually the first to see the new releases and provide reviews and ratings on them. His movie critic reports are always welcomed during the run.

He completed his first half marathon in January 2007 with a time of 2:30, but would have done even better if he didn't’t have a bad back at the time and was getting over a broken toe.  Though he paid to run, Raven will not hold it against him.

Tax has been Runner, Swimmer and Athlete of the Year among other awards.  This year he is shooting for Comeback of the Year on the Raven Run.  Taxman has his own theme song by Firecracker.  He knows the secret handshake and has actually seen and ran with Mortgage Man and has more points accumulated than he could ever use up.
